Settings

Settings is your personal control panel. Open it with the button at the top right that shows a gear icon and your name (on a phone or another small screen, only the gear shows). It's open to everyone. This page is a map; the detailed setup guides are in Personal connections.

Your account

• Profile — your display name. Owners can also change the account email.
• Language — choose Korean or English. When you choose, the screen reloads, and your choice is saved to your account, so you see the same language on your other devices too. Web push notifications, the notices in your linked Discord, and weekly reports created after that also follow this language. Ian's answers don't follow it: they come in the language you write in. Notices Ian On leaves in a conversation, such as an agent being created or a team-share result, appear in this language. On a wide screen, you can also change it with the language button at the top right.
• Password — change your password.
• Active sessions — for each signed-in device, you see its type (Mobile or Desktop), its IP address, and when it was last active. If you don't recognize a session, click Log out to end it.

Connections you can turn on

Some cards show only when your organization has turned on that feature. Gmail Assistant Connection and Discord connection stay visible if you've already connected them, even when the feature is off, so you can still disconnect. Weekly report delivery shows when the weekly report feature is on and either the messenger feature is on or you've already linked Discord.

• MCP API keys — create a key to connect an MCP client like Claude Code to the operating brain. Click Connection guide on the card to open the in-app MCP connection guide. → Connect Claude Code (MCP)
• Gmail Assistant Connection — let Ian On read your newly received mail and make summaries, to-dos, and reply drafts. → Gmail assistant
• Discord connection — link your Discord account so you can ask Ian On from Discord. → Discord
• Weekly report delivery — choose whether your Friday summary arrives as an In-app notification or a Discord DM. You can choose Discord DM only after you link your Discord account. → Weekly report

My AI Connections

At the bottom of the same Settings page, in My AI Connections, you connect your own ChatGPT or Claude account, or an API key. Use it when you'd rather run on your own account than the organization default. Your work uses an available personal connection first, and the organization default when there isn't one. → My AI Connections

In the My connections list, you can see each connection's Status and Usage, and check again with Refresh status. For a ChatGPT or Claude account connection, you can change the Model to any model that account offers right now.
