Organization & members

Manage member accounts and team assignments, the team structure, and the invitation codes new members use to sign up on their own.

Members with the Owner or Admin role manage Members and Teams in Admin → Organization & members. Invitation codes are issued in Members → Manage invitations. For the Settings tab of the same menu, see Organization settings; for what each role can do, see Collaboration → The four roles.

Members

The Members tab shows every member of the organization once, in one table. The cards at the top show the counts for Total members, Active members, Unassigned, and Teams. The table shows name and email, Role, Team assignments, Status, Joined, and Last login, and Status shows Active/Inactive together with Active session/No active session.

Search by name or email, and narrow by role, team, and account status with the selects (All roles, All assignments, All statuses). The conditions apply together, so choosing Admin and Active leaves only active admins. Choosing Unassigned in the team select shows only members who aren't assigned to any team. Reset clears the search and all filters.

  • Add member — enter an Email, a Role, and an Initial password, and the account is created right away. Name and Initial team are optional; add other teams afterward in Manage team assignments. The password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. The member must change the password at first sign-in. You can't give a role higher than your own.
  • Manage team assignments — open it from the ⋯ (Member actions) menu at the end of the row. You can select multiple teams, and each change takes effect immediately. To take someone off a team, click Remove from team in the confirmation. A member whose last team is removed is shown as Unassigned.
  • Edit account — open it from the ⋯ menu, change the name, Role, and Account active, then click Save. The email can't be changed. For your own account or an account with a higher role than yours, you can change only the name. The last active owner can't be demoted or deactivated. When you turn off Account active, that person immediately can't sign in or use the app. Their personal work in progress and the team work they were driving are paused, and the driver of that team work is cleared. The account and its history stay intact.
  • Reset password — in the ⋯ menu, choose Reset password, enter a Temporary password, then click Reset. All of that person's sign-in sessions end, any lockout from failed sign-ins is lifted, and they must change the password at their next sign-in. An Owner can reset any other account regardless of role; an Admin can reset only Manager and Member accounts. You can't reset your own password here, and an inactive account's password can be reset only after you turn Account active back on.
  • Delete account — click it in the Edit account window. The account, its team assignments, and related data are deleted, and this can't be undone. Until cleanup finishes, Status shows Deletion pending. If cleanup stalls, click Retry cleanup in Edit account.

To let someone sign up on their own instead of setting a password for them, send an invitation code instead of using Add member. It bundles the role, team, and number of uses into one code.

Teams

The Teams tab shows every team as a tree. The cards at the top show the counts for Total teams and Top-level teams. Each team row shows its slug and level (Top-level team, Level 1 subteam, and so on). Click Members · N members on a row to see only that team's members, or Work · N items to open the work list for that team and its subteams.

  • Create team — enter a Team name and a Slug, and pick a Parent team if you need one. The slug is required. It's filled in automatically from the English letters and numbers in the team name, and it can use only lowercase English letters, numbers, and hyphens. If the name is in Korean, enter the slug yourself.
  • Edit team — select the pencil-shaped Edit team on a row to open the Manage team window. Rename the team there, or select Delete team.

Deleting a team can't be undone, and its subteams are deleted too. The delete is refused while documents or team work remain in the team or its subteams, so clear the remaining work first from Work · N items. Team assignments are released, but member accounts stay. System teams can't be deleted. Team membership is the access scope: members assigned to a team see it in Collaboration and can use its team work and team knowledge, and when membership changes, access adjusts automatically (Collaboration → What you can see).

Invitations

Click Manage invitations on the Members tab to open the invitation code screen. Each code bundles a team, a role, and a number of uses. The invitee checks the code, then signs up with a name, email, and password they choose themselves.

  • In Create invitation code, choose the Team, Role, and Maximum uses (1–100). You can invite a Member or a Manager; only an Owner can create a code for the Admin role. The Owner role can't be assigned with an invitation code. Once all its uses are spent, the code stops working.
  • Each row offers Copy code (just the code), Copy invitation link (a …/join?code=… address that fills in the code), and Delete invitation code.

To get rid of a leaked code, click Delete invitation code, then Delete code in the confirmation. No one can sign up with that code anymore, and the deletion is recorded in the audit log.
