Organization settings

Admin → Organization & members → Settings edits the single organization metadata record behind your Ian On instance. The top of the screen is the editable form; a read-only card at the bottom shows fixed identifiers.

Editable fields

• Organization name (required) — up to 200 characters. When you create an event, the attendee list shows this name on the option that stands for the whole organization. Usually your company's legal name.
• Logo URL (optional) — an image URL saved to the organization record. For now, the sidebar and sign-in screen show the Ian On logo instead of this one.
• Session expiration — how long a sign-in session lasts. Default 168 hours (7 days), range 1–720 (30 days). Shorter is more secure but a little more friction; changes apply to newly issued sessions.
• Plugin Registry URL — the registry address that Admin → Delivery → Plugin marketplace uses to load the plugin list and install plugins. The field comes pre-filled with https://registry.ianon.dev. The address is checked when you save, so it must be an https:// address, and an internal address that resolves to a private IP won't be saved.
• Knowledge graph node limit — how many nodes the Knowledge graph tab on the Knowledge screen loads at once. Default 10,000, input range 100–100,000. However, the graph currently loads at most 10,000 at a time, so values above 10,000 have no effect.

Saving

Click Save settings to save everything you entered at once. Each save is recorded in the audit log as Organization settings changed.

The Organization record card at the bottom shows the immutable Organization ID and Created date.
